I can understand why some people don't listen to country music. Believe it or not I use to hate it. My brother got me hooked on it. He would take me to school and church and eveywhere else and well he loved country music so that is what he played. But I desiped it. Eventually I heard one song I liked and then I would wait to her that song ( can't remember what song that was) and as time went on I started to like other songs. Now I love country. But like Mattie I don't listen to country as much as I use to. But I do listen to it a lot more than other people. I do have four of the six buttons in my car programmed for country. And the other two are programmed for christian stations. Sorry I wrtie a lot sometimes.

That would be the same here for me if I had a car but that's probably because we only have two good Christian radio stations here where we live. What do you usually listen to in Romania? Just to let you know (Sergiu you probably heard this from one of us before) I had so much fun singing in English the same worship songs while you were singing in Romanian. It was really cool! If only I could've remembered all the words to the songs, it's hard when your listening to a different language :-) It was also fun trying to sing them in Romanian. I still sing the Da Da Da Da Domne Da one. (sorry I don't know how to spell it in Romanian)
I miss Romania :-( I miss the Cappy :-) that stuff is so good I fell in love with it we don't have anything that good in America :-)

well, i like those chrisitian bands to, but i also like classic rock (beatles, eagles, queen ect. ect. ect.....) i don't know if you know about them in romania or not. but anyway, my favorite christian bands are probably Thousand Foot Krutch, Switchfoot, Kutless and many more that others have already mentioned. and of course i am forced to listen to country because like everyone i know listens to it! so i have adjusted and learned to like some of the songs.

I have not heard of kids in the way.....i'll have to check into that. i just read an article in the newspaper the other day that Audio A was going on tour. They always have a really good concert at creation. (a huge music festival were we camp and there are tons of christian bands) that is so cool that we listen to the same music as you guys in romania!

YEah I have never hearf of Kids In The Way. Hard Rock isn't to bad. I use to listen to a group called Squad 5-O which is hard core music. I liked them but then I grew out of them and then they went bad. Oh well at least I don't like them any more. Creation. I love creation. I can't wait until this summer for it. Newsboys and Audio A and lots of other bands are there. Can't wait. What sort of sports do you guys have in your schools? and do you play any?

well....sport isn`t, let`s say, compulsory. we can go any time to our doctor, birbe him and he would give a paper that allows us not to do sports because of i don`t know what health problem. otherwise...we can do football (soccer) or basketball . it depends on the school. sport classes are not that great cause we don`t have the necessary equipment (we`re talking about Romania).

Are you guys forced to play sports? We have volleyball (in high school and only for girls), guys soccer (in the fall), basketball (for guys and girls in the winter), Track and Field (in the spring for guys and girls), and girls soccer (in the spring). We use to have a girl's softball team but that didn't last til we got up there. I only play volleyball. Although I am not the greatest at it. I use to play basketball but I stopped because the coaches didn't like me and I was sick of the practices. I mean the running. i don't like to run. And plus I am stink at basketball. Just ask Beth, Karin, and Sergiu. OH ask Cassie to. Our public schools have volleyball for the guys and some other sports to that we don't have because we don't have a big enough school Such as: football, guys baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, tennis, and a few more here and there.

we are not forced...but it`s a subject in school that u just have...like mathematics and english and romanian, just in case of a severe health problem you cand skip. i used to be very good at basketball like 3 years ago but know i don`t do sports very often, just once or twice a month because i skip classes. how often do you skip classes at school? here it`s very easy.oh well, it depends on the school

Well what do you mean by skip classes? you mean just not go to them or just get out of the class?
People at our school don't just skip a class because they feel like it but they really can't because our school is pretty small. Publics on the other hand have kids skipping classes all the time. They skip because feel like doing drugs or doing something else very unexcusable.
We do get to get out of classes because another teacher needs our help or something else comes up.

Sorrrry!!! I forgot golf. I mean that is such and exciting sport. How could I have forgotten. Shame shame on me. j/k. I don't like that sport either. YEah lets stand around and watch someone hit a ball and then walk a couple of miles to get to it. Correction. I do stink at basketball. Well.....I say that b/c all the coaches were not that bright and put me as a post/forward instead of a guard. Me being like 5' 1" or 5' 2" (if I'm lucky) blocking out a 5' 6" to 6' girl. Right!!! I can see that one. Plus I can't jump that high. NO no. I should have been a guard. Especially if they are playing man to man. My speciality. They follow me all the way out to half quart (Oops! I mean court) and to the boundary leaving the key wide open for a lay up. SWEET!!!! Yes I know the basketball terms. Shocking ain't it?
